Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Business Support Analyst Intern to assist with the team’s day-to-day
activities, gaining valuable experience in providing operational and technical support while
contributing to organizational goals.
What We Are Looking For As an intern, you will support the team in delivering solutions,
resolving user issues, and creating operational efficiencies. This role is ideal for someone eager
to learn and grow in a dynamic support environment.

100% Remote in Colombia

Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day
● Assist in responding to support requests, resolving basic user issues.
● Contribute to maintaining and updating knowledge bases and documentation.
● Participate in team meetings and provide input on operational improvements.
● Shadow senior team members to gain hands-on experience in support activities.
What You Need to Succeed
● Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, or related field.
● Strong interest in technical support and operational improvement.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, or related field.

• Bilingual: English/Spanish.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
