Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and QA, to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that arise.
- Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings and status updates, ensuring all team members are informed and aligned.
- Manage expectations and address concerns of project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Risk Management and Quality Assurance:
- Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement proactive risk management strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular quality checks and reviews to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
- Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Address concerns and provide timely updates on project progress.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing project requirements.
