We are actively seeking accomplished Senior Business Analysts to lead and shape our organization's analytical endeavors in various specialized domains, including Call Center operations, Automation, and Marketing. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bring your expertise to drive strategic impact, foster innovation, and mentor junior team members.
This role presents an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our organization through insightful analysis and strategic thinking.
100% remote in Colombia
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows, providing key insights and tailored guidance across specialized domains.
- Drive innovation by researching and evaluating progressive solutions and their potential impact in areas such as Automation and Marketing.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, define project scope, and inspire consensus among stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into cutting-edge technical specifications.
- Provide domain-specific expertise in Call Center operations, Automation, or Marketing to deliver targeted insights and solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
- Actively contribute to the organization's culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish.
- 4+ years of professional experience, with a focus on Call Center operations, Automation, Marketing, or other relevant areas.
- Proven track record of guiding organizations strategically through detailed analysis and planning.
- Passionate about discovering and developing innovative solutions in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
- Expert in Agile methodologies with demonstrated success in Agile project environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at presenting complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Competencies:
- User Research: Conducting advanced user research and synthesizing findings to improve business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Managing relationships with key stakeholders and communicating effectively at all levels.
- Innovation: Driving domain-specific innovation and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing data to make informed decisions and leveraging analytics tools effectively.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, applying iterative development processes.
