Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces while ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience. The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to translate business requirements into innovative and user-friendly design solutions.

 

This position is 100% remote in Colombia.

Responsibilities:

• User Research and Analysis

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Analyze user feedback and usability testing results to inform design decisions.

  UI/UX Design

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

  Information Architecture

  • Define and optimize information architecture to enhance usability and accessibility.
  • Develop site maps, user flows, and navigation models.

  Usability Testing

  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable feedback.
  • Iterate on designs based on user testing results and stakeholder feedback.

  Interaction Design

  • Design and specify user interactions and behaviors.
  • Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and functionality.

  Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
  • Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile app design.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus
