Overview:

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and implement solutions that streamline operations and enhance the overall user experience.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce-related technologies.
• Collaborate with architects and other developers to design and implement robust and efficient solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Design and implement data migration strategies between Salesforce and other systems.
• Customize Salesforce configurations to meet specific business requirements.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of developed solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all development projects.
• Provide documentation for code and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Work closely with the QA team to resolve any issues and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior developers.
• Investigate and resolve production issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Implement solutions to optimize and enhance existing Salesforce implementations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce-related technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
